Employees receive the same vetting process as temporary employees and are then further interviewed and prepped for a specific assignment. The employees typically stay on our payroll until they have worked 520 hours for the client. At that point, the client may choose to bring the employee onto their staff as a permanent member of their team. Clients always have the option to “buy-out” an employee before they reach 520 hours for a pro-rated fee.
This is an excellent opportunity for the potential employer to “try before you buy”. Temp to hire affords the employer and the employee the opportunity to determine if they are a good match.

Every worker goes through E-verify, Skills testing, Background Check, Drug Screen (based on client requirements), and a full in-person interview with a Staffing Coordinator.
