We offer business solutions above and beyond staffing and recruiting. Clients are able to transfer some or all of their employees onto our payroll. As part of our Payroll Services offerings, TPM takes on employee responsibility for worker’s compensation, payroll taxes, insurance, benefits, etc. We have the ability to customize programs based on various needs thus removing this burden from the client. We offer a convenient paycard or direct deposit option for all employees. 

What we do for you:

• Prepare weekly payroll for employees.
• Process all applicable taxes and other withholdings.
• Maintain payroll and tax data.
• Time tracking including; overtime, vacation and sick days.
• Benefits and administration as applicable.
• Handle all unemployment claims
