Direct Hire is the way to go if you are looking to bring on a well qualified individual right away. With this option, an employee is hired directly by the company after going through their preferred hiring process. 

With our executive management and recruitment division, we source, screen, and secure multiple well-qualified candidates for our clients to interview for each job order. We take care of coordinating all candidate logistics to include candidate prep, interview schedule (phone, video and/or in-person), interview follow-up and feedback, reference checks, background checks, skills assessments, and job offers/job deadlines.
