Typical assignments run from three months to three years, however, we are able to accommodate shorter or longer contracts. Employees may be hired on as W-2 or 1099 depending upon project requirements. Candidates are sourced and screened for client requirements and go through an interview and onboarding process prior to the start date. Clients have the option to hire the employee onto their payroll or extend the assignment at the end of the contract.
As with our other staffing services, TPM assumes all costs and liability associated with employees: taxes, work comp, and unemployment while the employee is paid through TPM.
