Temporary WorkersOnce a client is set up in our system, we make it easy to place a work order. Clients may call or email their requirements to us 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
All of our temporary staff is paid as a W-2 employee. As part of our on-boarding orientation, applicants go through the following process:
E-Verify, Skills, Testing, Background Check, Drug Screen (based on client requirements), and a full interview (in-person) with a Staffing Coordinator-before being sent out on an assignment as a TPM employee.
During the interview process, candidates are thoroughly screened which help us identify what their goals, availability and skills are. This information is logged into our software portal and is a key factor to indicating which jobs match which candidates. We have the ability to perform advanced searches based on skill, testing/scores, certifications, addresses, etc.
