Temp to Hire

Employees receive the same vetting process as temporary workers and are then further interviewed and prepped for a specific assignment.  Often times, however, employees are requested to stay on for longer than the assignment was originally anticipated. Clients always have the option to buy-out an employee before they work 520 billable hours for a pro-rated fee. End of assignment buy-out fees are negotiated on a per client basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for potential employers to “try before you buy”. Temp to hire affords employers the opportunity to determine if a candidate is a match for your company. As a potential employer, you would be exempt from unemployment costs associated with a potential discharge. TPM Staffing Services assumes all costs and liability associated with employees: taxes, work comp, unemployment.
