- Temporary: Our employees are assigned to a customer's job site to supplement their work force in situations involving seasonal needs, special projects, skill shortages and employee absences on a short term, project or long term basis.
- Temp to Hire: Our employee works for a customer during a trial period in which both the employee and the customer consider establishing an employment relationship.
- Hire to Temp: (customer recruits the candidate) Customer recruits are referred to our company and placed on our payroll. They become our employees but are assigned back to the customer to perform required tasks and services. They remain on our payroll for a pre-determined length of time.
- Temp Outsourcing: Currently employeed workers can be also be place on our payroll by the client.
